Hello everyone!
This is another house I started building a while back... I wanted to challenge myself to see if I could create a starter home, with no CC and base game compatible... And here it is!


As you can see from the floorplan, this house is very basic. You come in through the front door to an entry way, and through there into the open-plan living area which is complete with a sofa, tv, dining for two and a small kitchen. To the left there is a door to the bedroom, a cozy double with a desk and bookcase. To the right is the bathroom, with shower. Out the back door you come to a decked area, with a bench and a few planters. There is also a small (functional!) seating area out the front of the house, perfect for sitting and watching the world go by.
