This suburban home is THE home for all of your sims!

This is a medium priced home inspired by this tutorial. I've wanted to do a house in the sims 3 for a long time, and this is my first one.

The house is not a starter home, but it is still a great family home. It features a one car garage, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a back porch.
