Bernal Heights 23

Inspired by Bernal Heights Residence in San Francisco, this cozy residence is the perfect house for your more urban Sims.

It's a three-story, fully furnished villa designed with a desire to create a contemporary expression that feels distinctly clean and modern. I tried to make every single room give off its own unique vibe, so that every door you open would create a new experience. Even so, I wanted to make sure that it all came came together nicely, which is why I used a lot of wood and bricks when designing the rooms.

The only custom content I've used is Buggybooz's KitchenBasic set. Now, normally I wouldn't use CC at all, but for this particular house I felt it was the right thing to include. After trying many different kitchen counters, I finally realized that none were as good as Buggybooz's.

Small notice: The recliner in the first bedroom is unusable since it's on an angle (Don't ask me why, ask Maxis). It looks better that way, though!
