Mod The Sims - Forget Me Not - 3br, 1ba (No CC)

I've been busy building houses on 20x20 lot lately, so I'll try to upload some of them here. I used CFE to make the garage, so I apologize if the light and wall color inside the garage look distorted. The first floor features living room, family room, and kitchen.

There are 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom on the second floor.
