Lot Desc: This mansion is a large square of modernosity (-Not a real word) with a lot of luscious greenery. It includes quite a few interesting water features, and a mix of modern interior. Sims with some extra simoleons and a love for geometric shapes will not likely find a better place to live. Contemporize your sims life by moving them in here!



The unfurnished price is §275,823 and the furnished price is §421,918.

I used all of the following EPs and SPs: Base Game, World Adventures, Ambitions, Late Night, Generations, Pets, Showtime, Supernatural, Seasons, Into the Future, Town Life Stuff, High-End Loft Stuff, Fast Lane Stuff, Outdoor Living Stuff, and Master Suite Stuff.

I only used around three objects each from both World Adventures and Fast Lane Stuff, so if you don't mind them being replaced, you won't need these two expansion/stuff packs.

All functioning furniture is fully accessible.

I recommend omegastarr82's maxis-match overhead cabinets. I used them in the kitchen, and it won't look the same without them. They're in package format, so they are not included in the download. The same can be said for Lisen801's inner stair corner which I used on the roof.
