After a long hiatus, I've returned with Riverview's first Showtime lot, a coffeehouse. I didn't want to just use the Flying V's Coffeehouse rabbithole, or edit the Hogan's Deep Fried Diner lot, so I decided to build my own. I have this placed at 35 Hidden Grove Lane, but it can be placed on any 20x30 lot.

The left side of the building contains the seating area, with a juke box, a bookshelf, and a fire place. The right side of the building contains a bar and a coffee machine, and bathrooms toward the back. Upstairs contains two dominoes tables. The patio out back contains a stage for Showtime performers, and some seating to watch performances.
