Although it sits on a small lot, this modern compact house is suitable for up to six sims. The first floor has a combined kitchen/living/dining area, plus a washroom, complete with a pool and a garage. The second floor consists of two bedrooms, a common bathroom, an office, and a nursery. A stairway connects to the master's bedroom, the only room on the third floor, with a separate bathroom and balcony.
