This time I decided to create this university residence taking into account the comments received in my recent creation , I thought

that the days of the Sims should not be boring and give more benefits to recidivism.

This basement nightclub residence will be a lot of fun for the Sims, it is designed and thought for those who don't like having

too many roommates.
