Starter tiny house - base game lot - (no CC)

this time I want to present this simple and small house for lovers of the base game.
you can move a family of Sims and develop their game in one of the smaller lots.
Thanks to Mootilda's Lot adjuster tool it was possible to create this lot.

On the first floor

the entrance to the house is through the front porch, upon entering is the living room, kitchen and a half bathroom.

On the second floor

After climbing the stairs, a room for couples, a room for children or adolescents and the shared bathroom are located.

Maybe when the Sims family moves in they won't have much money left but this house will be the ideal starting point and you can give this lot a variety of uses.
