Dina's pet store - no CC
This pet store was created for Dina Caliente from Pleasentview, in my YouTube video I have a reference of how I played with her in this community business.
This time I decided to upload it and share it with the Mod The Sims community.
It's my first community lot that I upload because I have had a lot of fun with it.
This business comes with everything you need to acquire the property you own and be managed by the most novice player to the most experienced in business.
The cat supplies section is on the left side and the dog supplies section is on the right hand side.
This business includes a mixed bathroom and a rest room in case you decide to opt for an extensive sales day.

Tips
Although some players know how to open and start a business, for this lot I recommend the following to reach level 10 without problems:
When you arrive at the business for the first time, don't forget to lock the door of the break room in such a way that only the business owner or his employees have access, as customers will go directly to the portable refrigerator, they will stay eating and they take time to buy in the store, except that you want to be generous to customers.
It goes without saying that once the store is thriving, hire the necessary employees and keep item prices reasonable.
I end by saying that you download and enjoy it this lot as well as I do.
