The Shady Resaca House, meaning shady river house. Its a small one bedroom, one bathroom home. but don't let the size fool you, the rooms are pretty substantial. The living room is a combination with the dining room, and you can squeeeeeze a small desk in there also. A small nook can house the washer/dryer if you have one, or your desk if you decide to go that route. The bedroom has a door to the bathroom, and one to the main room. The bathroom also has two doors. The patio in the back has plenty of space for a garden, or even a really small pool.
