The small home situated on a 30x20 lot, is close to the canal or wherever you choose to put it. Walking up the stone path, there is a small raised porch. Once inside, to the right is the laundry nook and the Master Bedroom is across from that space. Most of the house is open floor plan, with the living room, dining room and kitchen all in one large space. The Bathroom is off the living room, dining room, with another smaller bedroom next to it, which could be converted into a study, or even a small library.

The back porch however, is a treasure. Need a space for that outdoor grill? Or maybe that wood working station so you aren't getting wood chips on the floor? How about that candle making station, so there's no wax on the hard wood? Perhaps you are trying your hand at gardening, and need space for the arrangement station? Now you have it! And its protected from the elements by being covered by an overhang.
