Kai Hale - the Seaside House

When you're living by the sea, you need a home to reflect the sound of the waves, the soft calls of dolphins and whales. This home reflects that. From the time you set foot on the sand, and pad up the steps to the nice sized porch. Sliding doors open into the very large open space that is the living room/kitchen/dining room area, with space off to one side for a small open office. The Master Bedroom is off to the right, again with a single sliding door along with an arch that leads to the bathroom. Another door leads from the living room area to the bathroom. A nook off of the kitchen leads to the back porch and the dock over the water. There is a hook for an outrigger canoe or a jetski if you prefer.

Basic Download and Install Instructions:

1. Download: Click the File tab to see the download link. Click the link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.

2. Extract: Use WinRAR (Windows) to extract the .bpi .trayitem and .blueprint file(s) from the .rar or .zip file(s).

3. Place in Tray Folder: Cut and paste all files into your Tray folder:

• Windows XP: Documents and Settings\(Current User Account)\My Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\Tray\
• Windows Vista/7/8/8.1: Users\(Current User Account)\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\Tray\
