This is the Hyp Nautic Paradise! Get it? -nudge nudge- Oh, okay back to describing this lot. The Hyp Nautic Paradise sits on a 50x50 lot, the largest in Sulani. The path that leads to the stairs, will take you to the front porch. The slatted door gives you just enough to peer into the actual house, but you can't see much unless you open the doors.
You were curious enough to open the doors only to discover that the room was open spaced and airy. To the left is the kitchen, sectioned off by half-walls and beautiful hand carved spandrels and columns.To the right there is a bathroom, which is technically a half-bath. But there is enough space for a washer/dryer and hamper. The living room and dining room are both open spaced with plenty of room. There are three exits out of this particular space, one that leads to the Master Bedroom and Bath, one to the back patio, and the last door leads to a covered porch space along with the small walkway that leads to the other bedrooms.
Let's start with the Master Bedroom and Bathroom. This is completely sectioned off for privacy. The bedroom has space for all your needs The bathroom is a little larger than most, as you would want the Master Bathroom to be spacious for that corner tub that I know you've been eyeing in the Buy Mode. It also comes with its own private porch.
The Bedrooms on the other side are the same size, and have just enough space for a single bed, and dresser. You can place desks, chairs, and sofas in the small living area just outside the bedrooms. It also has a bathroom so the Sims do not have to traipse all over the house to get to a bathroom. The two bedrooms on this side, also have a shared porch between them.
A covered portion of the porch could easily be set up with a grill and table and chairs, or even a hot tub. But the best part, is the large back porch with plenty of space for again whatever you choose to put there. There is a ladder leading to the water, along with a hook for a boat or a jet ski.
