This is a community lot with a wooded and natural environment. Here the Sims will find spaces to improve their social relationships, meet other Sims, they can fish, play games, go for a walk with the little Sims of the family.
This park is made up of three areas, the lagoon which is adorned with a fountain and nearby seats, ideal for romantic dates or simply for relaxation.
The coffee shop area in which the sims can play with others who visit the lot and nearby, the men's and women's bathrooms.
The tropical food restaurant which has on the left side an attraction for children's fun.

important advice.

this is a lot with irregular terrain and it was created in Lagoons - map for monorail or train decoration

Please look at the image where the location and orientation of this lot are referenced.
Although this lot was created for the neighborhood template mentioned in this publication, you can also install it on another neighborhood map that has slopes close to carts, however keep in mind that this may leave undesirable gaps or deformities if not it is placed in a suitable site for this lot.
