Welcome to Rainbow Bay, the small city with big dreams.

This is an empty map, made with SimCity 4. I wanted a small city in a cute location that would lend itself to being decorated, especially with a place for Numenor's waterfall.

The bridge across the bay shown in the Lush version pictures, is Criquette's 40 tile bridge, available here: https://modthesims.info/d/324731/road-bridges-set.html I didn't want to include an SC4 bridge, because they are not visible from lot view, and most of the lots here should have a view of the bridge.

The left hand portion of the map is intended for a downtown/business zone, while a less dense residential zone is over to the right. There is also a loop of road that stretches down to the coastline, and beach lots can be placed all along here. The majority of the buildable area can be viewed with the default Maxis neighbourhood camera, though why you would want to use that, I don't know.

To use the map, unzip the folder, take out the .SC4 file and the five .png files, then place them in your SC4Terrains folder. For me, this is located at Documents/EA Games/The Sims 2/SC4Terrains but it might be slightly different if you have the ultimate collection.
