One beach lot for the suburb of Twikkii Island and the other wherever you want to put it.

the beach house is a great lot for sims, whether they live in a normal neighborhood or go on vacation to twikkii island, on the first floor there is the living room, half bathroom, kitchen and dining room with a back door that communicates with the beach area.
On the second floor there are two bedrooms with their own bathrooms.
the beach area includes a sauna room, hot springs with plant decoration and a chess table, the front of the house has a driveway and a pond. This lot was created in the Peninsulas neighborhood template so this lot can be installed and works without problems and it was tested for installation in the suburb of Twikkii Island.
I didn't test the operation of this lot in other beach neighborhoods, but I deduce that this lot, by maintaining the depth dimension, can be placed in other neighborhoods that have a beach. This lot was created using the Mootilda tool Lot Adjuster

The Twikkii Island map shows the areas where it is possible to place the lot without
any inconvenience and the terrain of the lot does not change when it is placed, however, keep in mind that since they are beach lots, they do modify the neighborhood terrain.

The Kokomo Urban lot is a house similar to the one described but without a beach and
including the same areas, on the first floor there is the living room, half bathroom, kitchen and dining room with a back door that communicates with the beach area.
On the second floor there are two bedrooms with their own bathrooms.
In the external part it includes a driveway, ax set, decoration with plants and a fountain. it can be placed on normal land.
