who hasn't played with this lot to start the game?

This is one of the houses in the Pleasantview neighborhood and I decided to make an extension and makeover leaving some of the characteristics that identify this lot.
on the first floor of the house is the living room where the dining room is in the original version. The left side was remodeled giving rise to the kitchen, the dining room and a half bathroom where originally a bathroom, the bedroom, the hallway and another room that was changed by the access staircase to the second floor. On the second floor of this house there is a wide hallway with a balcony which gives access to the two bedrooms, a double bedroom and a children's room. It also has two exterior balconies so they can be used by a telescope or other activities.

The outside of the lot is decorated with pine trees, a pond for fishing, plants, a fantastic heart-shaped pool, large spaces for the pet's house and a jacuzzi, all this so that your sims feel a pleasant summer atmosphere. The house is furnished with what you need to get started.
