This house can accommodate up to four sims.
The small storage room in the kitchen area is meant as a cellar for wine and spices. If you use CC laundry stuff, it could be a good place to put it instead.

No CC was used and I don’t have the Ikea pack.

There are magical reagents in the kitchen as decorations. I did use a mod, Neder’s buyable reagents, to be able to access reagents in buy mode, however, you do NOT need this mod in your game for the reagents to appear as they should on this lot.

If you don’t want to have to deal with trimming the bushes and watering the flowers, TwoJeff’s perfect plants mod will keep them maintained.

The default grass terrain replacement used in the screenshots is Siletka’s edit of CuriousB’s grass replacement.
