Modulin Set - Part 5 - A Home (2 br, 3 bath) [updated]

Update: the required CC is now less of a hassle to download! Most of what was non-included is now included (I initially misunderstood a thing and took a needlessly complicated approach, sorry about that). The lot itself wasn’t altered in any way.

Here’s our first residential lot that fits with the rest of the set.
It costs §86,129 and can accommodate up to 4 sims. Both bedrooms have their en-suite bathroom.

I’m not sure how common of an experience that is, but as a child in the 2000s in France I successively lived in two houses that had the TV in a separate room on the upper floor, while the living room downstairs was TV-free. I think our parents preferred the TV to be “away” so that we wouldn’t make a habit of spending too much time in front of a screen (oh the irony).
I ran with that idea while building this house, so your sims can have nice peaceful conversations in the living/dining, and then go to the TV room when they’re feeling less social.

Everything has been rigorously tested as usual but do let me know if you encounter any issues.

This home marks the end of the first batch of lots for this set. I have plenty more ideas for a second batch, starting with a park and an apartment building that works as a corner lot. And a bakery, a witch supplies store, a cat café, a barber shop, a general clothing store, a gym/spa, more residential lots. I will do my best to introduce less and less new CC and work with what we already have as much as possible. Feel free to leave any suggestions!

Shastakiss - BG sunflowers in a vase default replacement: link titled “bg sunflowers with ofb”. You need the files “DEFAULT_bg_PlantHouseSunflower” and “shasta_bg_plantsunflowers_pink”. You also need the CEP extra “shasta_CEP_bg_plantsunflower_ofb_vase” (put it in C:\Users\\Documents\EA Games\The Sims 2\zCEP-EXTRA). It’s for the sunflowers in the TV room. The vase will be black upon loading the lot but you can change it to white using the recolor tool.
