Welcome to Del Sol Celebrity Estate, or, Californian Villa: a lavish mansion built on the edge of the Del Sol hills, overlooking the city. This CC free lot is meant to be placed in Del Sol Valley, specifically where the Bailey-Moon Manor lot is. You have full authorization to evict the sims living in that atrocious lot and completely bulldoze the building, in order to replace it with Del Sol Celebrity Estate.

This Beverly Hills-inspired villa consists of not one, not two, not three but two pools! There is also a hot tub, outdoor kitchen and dining area as well as lounging areas, a lush garden, and a small intimate wedding venue. The inside of the home has, among other things, 3 bedrooms with ensuites on the upper level and a home office which can be converted into a fourth upper bedroom. Each of these bedrooms has a private balcony, with the exception of the master, which includes two private balconies! On the main floor you will find an additional guest bedroom, in close proximity to a bathroom and the pool, hot tub and sauna! Relaxation awaits.
Host lavish parties for any occasion with the help of the gourmet chef's kitchen, piano bar, formal dining room and large tv room!
The foyers glass dome ceiling provides a lot of natural light, and is the perfect conversation piece.

There is no CC on this lot but it features content from most if not all the official DLC. I highly recommend placing this lot in the intended spot in Del Sol Valley to take full advantage.
