Joe's Sim house - Part one
Beach lot

This is a remake but also a makeover of Joe Sim's house, who is one of the characters in The Sims 2 tutorials.
The version with a beachy and cozy atmosphere offers the basics necessary for living. There are few modifications in the external part in relation to the original, in addition to having a kitchen, dining room, living room, bathroom and bedroom, in the backyard there is a hot tub, the beach area with a fire pit.
The beach area isn't decorated to leave the player's choice and creativity to the objects they want.

The beach lot was created in the Lagoons Map neighborhood and tested for compatibility in the Three Lakes and Desiderata Valley suburb. There should be no problems with your installation.
It's possible that these beach lots could be placed in other neighborhood templates that I have uploaded to MTS.

This beach lot was created using the Mootilda tool Lot Adjuster

The Three Lakes map shows the areas where it is possible to place the lot without any inconvenience and the terrain of the lot doesn't change when it is placed. however, Please note that, as these are beach plots, they are on uneven ground, so they aren't always suitable for the intended areas. However, I have worked on the middle ground of this type of beach lots so that they are compatible with various neighborhood templates that have beach areas.
The beach lot can also be used with these neighborhood maps:

* Peninsulas Map
* BaysLand Map
* Charm Island Map

Those mentioned were where the beach lot was tested, possibly it can serve in other neighborhood templates.
This beach lot is smaller than the ones offered by default in the game, consider using a neighborhood template whose roads are close to water areas.
