Beach house designed for Twikkii Island



simple and very tropical looking ranch for sims who go on vacation to Twikkii Island although that does not mean that this lot can also be installed in another neighborhood with access to the sea.
Inside it has a living room area with a fireplace, a large kitchen with a bar and dining room, a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with two beds for children or your vacation companions and two bathrooms.
In the backyard there is a sauna room, a Jacuzzi, a sofa and on the left side an area to play darts.
Access to the beach is via two connecting stairs and the beach area is decorated with palm trees and furniture so your Sims can rest like royalty near the water area.
the front includes a driveway and is decorated with plants and a palm tree.
I'm sure that you will love having this house in the vacation suburb and even if its
cost is a little high with a good handful of money you will have a lot of fun.
This time I only offer a single version of this plot, although I will continue to create more designs that are compatible with both the holiday suburb and wherever it is possible to install.
This lot was created was created in the Peninsulas neighborhood template so this beach lot can be installed and works without problems and it was tested for installation in the suburb of Twikkii Island.

The Twikkii Island map shows the areas where it is possible to place the lot without any inconvenience and the terrain of the lot doesn't change when it is placed. however, keep in mind that since they are beach lots, they do modify the neighborhood terrain.

updated lot file

a bug was detected with users who don't have CEP installed in the game, for some reason when beach lots are created and packed, the file called CEP-EXTRA_GardenRocksBV is appended and unfortunately when cleaning the file with Sims2Pack Clean Installer it doesn't stay clean the reference to the mentioned file leaving an orphan reference causing the game to crash when the lot is loading, the solution was to create a new lot without having the CEP installed.
the file was updated to correct the bug.
