Wrong Motive Bubble Fix

In an unmodded game, when a Sim is about to stop some interactions (e.g. stargazing or college research) because of a low need level, a thought bubble which appears is empty or contains an unexpected icon (e.g. of a constellation or a dish).
With this mod, such a bubble contains a proper need icon instead.

This mod requires at least one of these packs: FreeTime, Apartament Life, Mansion & Garden Stuff.
The bug has been probably introduced since FreeTime.
