Welcome to Robindale Apartments!
Here you will find four beautiful apartments surrounded by a wonderful garden with a pool and bbq area aswell as a basketball court, workout area and a freestanding laundry building.
Each of the four apartments is fully furnished and includes everything your future tennats would need.
All the apartments have a bedroom, bathroom and a combinded kitchen/living/dining area aswell as a utility closed accessable from the outside.

The building is inspired by a motel that used to be located in Ft Lauderdale, Florida but it has since been closed I think. I have included a photo of the real motel just for comparison.

Basic Download and Install Instructions:

1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.

2. Extract: Use 7zip (recommended), WinRAR (Windows) or Stuffit (OS X) to extract the file(s) from the .rar or .zip file(s). OS X also has a built-in utility for that (just rightclick).

3. Please use the "bb.moveobjects" cheat before you place the lot
