Hello again!
So this is a lot I have worked on for a long time. I love barn conversions but I find it difficult to find the stuff I want to use in it.
So this time I just went for it. This lot relies heavily on custom content!
For the build itself I used in game stuff but for all the furniture and appliances I uses CC made by the wonderful HeyHarrie at HouseOfHarlix.
You will find a list on the download page for what you need but I can tell you it´s all of the Coastal Collection except for the first one, so you need to download collection 2 - 8. For the last one (8) you need to follow the link from the site to her patreon page but don´t worry, it´s free!
The only other CC I used was the car in the carport that was made by AroundTheSims4 and as usual you can find the link on the next page.

So for the house (barn).
The first floor leads you into a beautiful two story hallway with a study and guest bathroom to your right. Straight ahead you have a view of the garden through the large glass doors.
To your left you will walk through the family room with an open fireplace and two more glass walls that lead to the garden.
After that your will enter the kitchen/diner with a beautiful country kitchen, dining- and seating area. There is also direct access to the garage from here and a laundry room.
From the kitchen a staircase leads up to the master suite with a large bedroom, changing room and a beautiful master bathroom, this also has it´s own terrace with a beautiful view of the garden.

To get to the guest bedrooms you need to go back downstairs, pass the family room and use the grand staircase to enter upstairs. here you will find a large guest bedroom, a bedroom for a child, and an extra guest bathroom.

The garden is big and has both a sunken patio with several areas for seating, a large jacuzzi, a grill and a pool with a separate deck for sunbathing.
Leading out from the kitchen is another seating area for private use with a space for tending to your plants.

Please observe that you might get a message when entering the lot for the first time that items are missing! This is because the dining-, bar- and outdoor chairs by HeyHarrie are not updated for one of the patches. I used Sims4Studio to make a repair batch for them but if you don´t do that they will dissapear from the lot. Don´t worry though, they will still be in your library and you can put them back even without repairing them. Just search for "coastal" in your library and you will find them.
