Welcome to Soho Lake Cabins!
This lot has taken some time to finish. I have had a lot of problems since updating to the latest patch but for now my game seems stable so I will keep my fingers crosse :D

This is a residential rental lot with four different cabins for your sims to rent. Either for a short vacation or a cozy forever home

The cabins vary in size and layout and they are all located around a beautiful pond where your sims can swim or just soak up the sun along the beach. Cabin 1 and 2 are studio cabins with a combined kitchen/familyroom/bedroom, Cabin 4 has kitchen/familyroom and a separate bedroom while Cabin 3 is the largest one spread out over two floors. The first floor has a kitchen/familyroom/dininroom and a bedroom while the upstairs has the bigger bedroom the is open to below. All the cabins have their own bathroom.

All the cabins have a separate beautiful patio where they can have a bbq or just relax in the sun

The lush garden is full of plants and the communal areas include a cabin where your sims can do their laundry aswell as a large community cabin where you can both cook, eat, listen to music, watch TV with your neighbors or play games

On the grounds you will also find two extra toilets, a playground, a place to hang your laundry out to dry if you wish, a jacuzzi and a bonfire.

The lot is big and I am really sorry about the screenshots, it was hard to fit the lot in the picture. If you download the pictures you can zoom in on them if you want to see closer.

This lot is built on the "Dresden House" Lot in Windenburg!

Lot size: 64x64
Lot price: 311.383 furnished and 82.348 unfurnished.
It has been divided into separate apartements so you do need For Rent to install it!
