A Beach House built in Sulani. It has 3 bedrooms and 1 1/2 baths. The 1/2 bath only has outside access (for guests so you don't need to give them access to your home unless you want to. The bath inside the home is a Jack and Jill with access from the hallway. I built the home along the lines that our older Florida Beach cottages were built and not to match the architecture in Sulani. There is a dock for your sim. . You can add the necessary docking content to moor a boat if you wish.
