A nice rural country house for a sims family who loves spending time with horses and/or other animals.





This family home is fully furnished and decorated.



The house supports different generations and has both old and modern features in different rooms.

To name a few of those rooms: an open concept kitchen, a nursery, a cozy cellar that also serves as a laundry room
and of course a number (5) of bedrooms and bathrooms.

The house also has 2 balconies and a deck.



Around the house are gardens with flowers, fruit trees and even a barrel racing track.
The animals from the stable can easily be kept in place by locking the back door and a few gates.

There is no custom content used to build it.
(it uses items from a lot of different expansion packs though)
