Bowling with beach and makeover

These are two lots built based on The Sims Life Stories game where various events occur. This post offers a version with a beach and one similar to the original.

It is a community lot where the sims can go bowling, in its interior there are pool tables, a coffee area, a social area, pin ball machines and men's and women's restrooms. the exterior part includes a communal dining room, decoration with plants, a pond and a fountain. The beach area is not decorated in order to leave the player's choice of objects to place.

The beach lot's roof was built at a forty-five degree pitch and has no skylight for a simple, tropical look and it's built on the smallest beach lot in the game and no modification tools were used so the lot can be easily placed in a neighborhood with a beach area.

the roof of the non-beach lot is sloped at forty degrees and includes skylights.

the coffee bar was left the same as the original one on the Maxis lot but if you wish you can replace it with a bar to make this site a successful business by acquiring the rater.

Notice

the beach lot and must be located in a neighborhood that has roads near the water, you can download and use one of my map templates or the one from the Mod The Sims contributors that meets the above criteria.

these lots beach file were saved in the Sims 2 Bon voyage, if you have these expansions of the game or higher, you can download and install this content.
