Mouse Island - Neighborhood Map

It's a rabbit, it's a cat It's a frog ,,, nooo...

I thought about creating a template for the neighborhood that had the face of an animal.
The matter wasn't so easy, however, in my opinion, this island is shaped like a mouse face.
Think about how much fun creating a neighborhood can be with this template.
It was thought to create and place beach lots.
You can use this template to create your normal neighborhood, college town, shopping district, or vacation destination, the possibilities and ideas are limitless.

for better performance when using this map I recommend using the camera mod enhanced gameplay cameras by Tom Duhamel, neighborhood camera.
