My attempt of recrating a witch house from "House Flipper 2" game.
If you know my work here a little bit you know that I love witches vibes and witch movies and victorian style.
That's why I just couldn't let this witch house from "House Flipper 2" slip past me.

It's big, it's victorian, it has autumn vibes and of course it has a lot, loooot of candles and a secret pasaage in the library which I love.
These are the reasons I wanted to recreate it in "The Sims 2".
Of course TS2 engine differs from the HF2 so I had to use my creativity and some shortcuts to build this house but I think it turned out really good.

I coudn't just recreate the house I also had to make some changes to make it functional and good looking. For example I really wanted to make a yellow stove and a black fridge but it looked really bad in TS2 in my opinion so I changed it to my fitting. There aren't that many pieces of furniture in "The Sims 2" that are similar to those in "House Flipper 2" so I had to use different ones that fit. I kept the little landing area for witches on broomsticks on the rooftop. It made me laugh when I firstly saw it. I just had to put it in there. The original house was located in the city center between the buildings and I didn't want to make so many lots just to recreate this house's landscape. That's why it slightly differs from the original. Most rooms are not just recreated I also renovated them. I'm really happy how the staircase in the tower turned out. It's not the first time I made stairs like this but I worried they wouldn't work properly. So when I saw my sim using them correctly I felt happy it worked out like I wanted.

I really love the victorian witchy vibe of this house and I think I can easly call it a manor at this moment and at this price.
Its vibe also fits for the current season so it's also a perfect time to upload this.

Mods I recommend to use with this lot:
(They are not needed but they might help with proper working of things on this lot or with gameplay on it.)

- Pick your broom (You can put a broomstand and a broom of your choice on the rooftop to make this house more accurate to the original.)

- Perfect Plants (Some of the plants in garden are set on cheats and your sims may have problems to get to them to take care of those plants.)

- Watch TV from all chairs (Sometimes I set TVs in places that sims can't really wath them from chairs or sofas. This mod will help them to sit and watch the TVs.)

- No Fire from Fireplaces (Sometimes I put fireplaces on cheats and near the furniture so be careful with lightning them up or simply download this mod.)

I used cheats to build it and I tested it so everything should work fine.

I didn't use any custom content to build this.

There are all needed alarms like fire and burglar alarms in all rooms that they need to be in. They are covered up with furnitures or architecture structures.

I built this in "The Sims 2: Ultimate Collection", so I don't know how it will work with other versions of the game.
