303 The Frisk

Okay, first, sorry about the name, it was a spur of the moment thing. Secondly I want to say that the great work of plasticbox and mzcynnamon inspired me to build this lot. I liked mzcynnamon's idea of the 3x1 lot having a side entrance and being so, well, narrow! And plasticbox's way of showing the in-game shots - numbering them at the bottom of the post with the interoir details and all. Yeah, I basically liked his way of setting things out...

There is an unfurnished and a furnished file to download, whichever you like, there's NO CUSTOM CONTENT.

I suppose it's a family home as such, on the small side, but it does have 4 Bedrooms, 1.5 bath and 1 ensuite in the master room.
There are two 'kids' bedrooms and a guestroom, which could be a playroom if you liked.
There is a lounge, kitchen, dining room and W.C downstairs with a spare, empty room which could be used as a study.
There is some landscaping and a driveway.

The furnished version costs around §50,000
The unfurnished version costs around §27,000
