This house is the fourth in my small series of suburban, not too large family homes. I'm doing this series so that simmers can have some decent sized homes but that won't slow your game. Therefore, they're all on lots smaller than 3x3. Check out 1 Landsbrook Way and 2 Landsbrook Way and 3 Landsbrook Way
It is modelled off of this house plan, but I made a few pretty major changes in the outside appearence. It was requested by hross
Lot size: 3x3
Cost: $98,980
Bedrooms: 3 - 1 x double, 2x single (bed 2 is furnished with 2 singles, bed 3 as a nursery)
Bathrooms: 2 full baths, one up one down
Requires: Uni, Nightlife, OFB. Actually, I'm pretty sure it doesn't require Uni, beacuse I don't think I used any objects from that EP. But I'm not entirely sure, so if someone would care to test, that'd be great...
Other info: There is a one car garage with access to the outside and to the entry hall. The kitchen/dining is open plan to the great room. All 3 bedrooms have walk in closets, and the master bedroom also has a sink. Outside, there is a BBQ deck, and a pool. There is lots of space for more lanscaping to the left of the house.
The house is furnished, as per request, but there is some custom content included, as follows:
Walls and Floors
>Tyleb floors 4&6 and mili floor 1, from tribeccasims
> Light stucco plaster in mauve with wood, light stucco plaster in mauve with wood with scribble, Plaster with Wood in baby blue and orange, and light stucco laster and wood in butter, all from Holy Simoly
