Hello everyone! This is my first ever upload to MTS2 so please don't be too harsh.




Frozone Tigris is a uni dorm with 7 fully kitted out single study rooms.


It has a decent, clean canteen on the ground floor,



and a computer room,



sun room



and gaming facilities.



In the sun room is a plasma TV, stereo, games console, sofas and band equipment. In the large entrance area there is a bar and game machines, chess and a mini fridge. On this floor there are also toilets. Upstairs are the rooms, communal toilets and showers at each end of the main corridor,



and two private pay phone booths.



In the basment you will find the dorm's work out centre, with medium size pool, gym equipment and locker rooms.







If you walk outside from the basement you can either walk up into the main garden area or carry on up a complex of steps to the roof. Here you will find a telescope, for eager-to-learn sims, strategiacally placed close to the stars.





If you use the sun room exit, you walk onto a tiled terrace area with a hot tub and sun loungers. If you go down the steps to ground level you find a weeping-willow water fountain with benches placed around.
