It is essentially a more expansive version of this house



Lot size: 3x3
Cost: $87,000 ish
Bedrooms: 1 x double
1 x single (teen)
1 x nuresery (decorated for a girl)
Bathrooms: 2.5 - one full downstairs, family and loo upstiars.
Requires: Uni, Nightlife, OFB. Actually, I'm pretty sure it doesn't require Uni, beacuse I don't think I used any objects from that EP. But I'm not entirely sure, so if someone would care to test, that'd be great...



Other info: There is a one car garage, open plan living/dining/kitchen, and small computer annexe downstairs. The master bedroom is 'under the eves' in the loft space, and the 2nd (teen) bedroom has a walk in closet.

*NOTE, a) if you are observant, you might see the tops of the walls in the master bedroom poking through the roof. I did try to camoflague them, but to no avail. The reason they are there is because, as the bedroom is in the loft space, the size of it depends on the amount of useable space heightwise in the roof. If I had placed the walls so that they didn't show, the master bedroom wouldn't have fitted a double bed, being only 2tiles wide. Now, howerver, it is 4 tiles wild. b) some of the walls in the garage area are warped, this i because of the split level attaching the garage to the foundation. I know I could have used a plain wall covering to disguise it, but I wanted it to look like the real thing as much as possible.*

The house is furnished. There are odd bits of custom content here and there, which I will list below, but the majority of the furnishings, at least, are Maxis'.
