She wanted a small modern lot in black and white with display cases
so she could use it for selling items off shelves - I hope this is what
you were looking for!

This lot has ladies and gents loos, a basment employee lounge, and
a small grassy area at the back. The lot looks best on the concrete
terrain which came with Nightlife.

On the first floor plan you can see a area 'inside' the window. Sorry,
that's quite unclear. Anyway, it'd be like a window display - showcase
the products you're selling (without putting them on sale). It just looks
pretty, I think. You can get rid of it if you want.
To furnish this store, I would recommend getting a shop set from
Sunair Sims
I would also recommend Atavera's neon letters and shop signs.
Oh, and you can always change the colour scheme inside if you want
- I just did black and white because that was what cwin1024
asked for.
