Well, I have flagged this lot as nightlife only simply because I have no way to test it with only UNI or just TS2 (feel free to give it a go if you like, just be warned that it may not work)

Featuring a single car garage, partial verandah/deck, 3 bedrooms (one big enough for a double bed), semi spacious living/kitchenette area and moderate bathroom, this simple starter home is ideal for singles, young couples or small families.
