This is your basic farmhouse and barn. The barn is only partially furnished and the interior is not painted. In the photos, I show furniture and paint for an idea. The barn does include the truck and plants on the bottom floor, but the upstairs apartment is not furnished and none of the rooms are painted. the roof comes in a bit in front of the stairs, so a door may have to be added. I have included several custom content items which can be found on MTS2.

Feel free to redecorate or add more landscaping. I was trying to keep the landscaping and funiture to a minimum both for price and functionality on slower machines.
