City Townhouse Apartments NOW AS APARTMENTS TOO!

These are apartments that slightly remind me of the kind on Full House, though not as big. There is enough space for 15 sims, though I doubt you'd want 15 sims all living there at once. One bedroom could easily be converted to a study or something. This is Cool House plan 31342. Also, for the house on the far right, there is no garage. Perhaps this particular sim likes to party and this could be used as a party room.
This is furnished. However, it has not been decorated. If you've ever moved into a prefurnished apartment, you know that you do not bring in much furniture, but make the place your own with paintings, curtains, rugs, etc.
There is room on the back porch for a small grilling station, which I have already provided.

Dark Red Brick by Unknown I believe it was in a pack of many floor coverings, or included with a lot. If you know/are who did this, tell me so they can get credit for their amazing work!
Don't distribute this anywhere unless you give all custom contents credit, mention the cool house plan number, and say I did the final simmization.
Also, if you know how I can make my lots better, please direct them at this thread or PM me. Thanks!
UPDATE MARCH 2020:
This is now also an Apartment for realz.
Each apartment(of which there are 4) has a ~$3200 rent.
The apartment at the end has been converted into an apartment office and gym(complete with kiddo play area).
Apartments are UNFURNISHED except for plumbing and built-ins. You are welcome to change them as you see fit. Flooring was also updated and the spiral stairs have been removed and replaced with regular stairs.
Playtested for a sim day, and seems to work a-ok! I even added a car in for my sim and she was able to path to it and use it.
