I thought this lot was requested (here) by Abonnell yonks ago in January, but I've just just realised that it was actually posted today! *embarassed*. I was going through the request section and found it so I thought I'd give it a go. I tried to keep to the floor plan and the style, but some of it wasn't possible - ie. I couldn't get the modular stairs to fit in the small space.

Expansion Required: you definatley need Nightlife (garage) and Open for Business, no sure about Uni, but I have it so I'm presuming it's needed.
Specs: 2x4 lot $42, 502, partially furnished with Maxis content
2BR, 1BA, open plan kitchen/dining/living. Basement has garage
and 2 spare rooms
