Description:
Small house with basement on a 1x5 lot, furnished for 1-2 sims with a spare room. Garden with terrace and pool, room for a driveway in front of the house. This is part of a mini series of similar-looking houses, see Newbie Road 95 and Newbie Road 96 (both starter houses, 1x3, with different floorplans).
