Description:
Discount starter house, furnished for 1-2 sims, with a spare room and enough space for a driveway or two.

1 x double bedroom
1 x bathroom
1 x kitchen/dining/living room
1 x spare room (unfurnished)

Basic appliances included: lights, toilet, shower/tub combo, fridge, kitchen sink, phone, burglar alarm, smoke detector. No bookshelf, but I put a book on the kitchen table; hopefully your sims will read that instead. And no trashcan either, they'll have to go outside for the time being. (You could also swap the shower/tub for something simpler and buy them their bookshelf and trashcan from the change)

Expandability: Adding a top floor shouldn't be difficult.


Note:
If you get an "expansion pack data required" error upon installation, use Clean Installer instead of the Maxis one. Apparently this is a known issue (not specific to this download), see this thread describing the problem and this post (daysies) explaining the workaround.
