Description:
One-story starter house on a 2x3 lot, furnished for 1-2 sims and their pets, with a spare room and a garden terrace. Open floorplan; prepared for NL with room for two driveways next to the house.

1 x bathroom
1 x kitchen/dining/living
1 x spare room
All basics included plus a dresser, a birdcage, and basic equipment for one cat or dog. Playtested for two sim weeks, at the end of which my testers had one child, two dogs and seven cats living with them.
Built with the Base Game Starter.
