This house took a little while to build but I finally got it done. The Addison is a perfect home for those sims who are moving up in the world. Its not too big but not too small, I would say it's just about right. The lot is based on a floor plan I found online and although the second floor does not look quite like the floor plan the lot looks pretty well like the picture. The second floor had to be changed for functionality purposes. The lot includes:

-3 Bedrooms (1 downstairs and 2 upstairs)
-3 Bathrooms (2 downstairs and 1 upstairs)
-Dining room
-Kitchen
-Living room
-Garage





As always please do not upload this lot to the exchange or paysites. If you do wish to upload this lot please give me credit and provide a link to this site. Its completely unfurnished so you can decorate it to your tastes. It has no custom content included in the download for those of you who do not like custom content.

I did however use roddyaleixo's invisible driveway. This CC was not recognized by the Clean Installer as well as not being recognized during the uploading process. The lot will work without it you would just need to put in the driveway in order for any sort of vehicle to work.
