The Gatsby is a great playable modern home with 6 bedrooms and 4 full baths. There is also a bonus room above one stall of the 2 car garage that would be perfect for an older relative or even a teenager.

The house is flooded with light with large windows everywhere. The pool is tucked away in a sunny patio area, with access from the front entry area and also the walk out basement patio area.

The house is three levels with the bottom level being a basement with bath and walk out patio area. The middle level is comprised of the living room, dining room, kitchen, guest room (bedroom 6) and an office (bedroom 5). On the thrid level is the master suite with master bath, three more bedrooms and a full bathroom. There's also a balcony off the landing.

This house is a must download. With out any CC you can rest assured your not going to be downloading something you don't want. Also the layout is very flexable. You can add on to the basement if needed or add on to the bonus room as well. Wow & fully furnished too - who could ask for anything more!
