This was a requested neighborhood from Marie-Christin (thats not her user name) back in January this year. Well it has taken until now to actually find enough time to complete this (sorry about that) and her it is Newport Beach!

This download comes in two versions with trees and without trees. The one without trees is a complete blank neighborhood with nothing but roads (no pictures of it here) and the other is the neighborhood you can see in the pictures.

P.S. I have not tested this neighborhood with BV beach lots so if someone would please kindly test that for me it would be much appreciated.
