This wonderfully designed neighborhood by missxsimonita (it was drawn by her) was asked to be turned into a neighborhood that her sims could use.

She calls this the 'perfect' neighborhood as it has sizes such as 5x5, 3x9, 3x3 and others that make it perfect to fit and even number of lots in without gaps. That has always been my vision of a perfect neighborhood too.

Thanks to missxsimonita we all can have this neighborhood for our sims to enjoy.
