Quietwinds is a romantic vacation get-away for a Sim couple. There is only one bedroom and one bath. The layout is very open. Actually it is all one room divided by walls with no doors on the inside.

The house itself is an octagon shape with doors on four sides and a raised terrace on the two sides. There is a fire pit and a tanning area on the beach. The beach can be accessed from either of two sets of stairs.

Outside is landscaped with lush tropical plants and trees. There is a raised terrace with a pool table, video game, BBQ, and bar. On the otherside of the house is a smaller raised terrace with a massage table and lounge area. Behind that is an in-ground hot tub and a Zen garden. In front of the house is a small pool with a fountain.

Inside the house is a nice sitting area with a TV, bookcase and stereo. One bedroom with a double bed and dresser. The kitchen area has seating for two at the snack bar and a utility room behind with a sink and dishwasher. The bathroom has a sink, toilet and walk-in shower. There is a half wall between the living area and the bedroom so both rooms have an ocean view.

The pictures show a TV set that was/is a pre-order bonus item made by Maxoid Monkey for the Glamour Stuff Pack. I did not know that it was a pre-order bonus until I went to find a link to it. I downloaded it from the exchange with a lot. I did not get it as a bonus. It is not included with the lot. It will be replaced with the Soma 44" PancakeTek Television, unless you have The Swanktovision Home Entertainment System already.

The other custom content in the pictures is The Poetic Porpoise Topiary. It is not included with the lot. If you don't already have it you can get it here:
