Monterey Bay is a California style beach house. Very similar to what you would find in the Central Coast area of California, around Monterey and Santa Cruz.



This house has a rocky, natural beach with Tide Pools. Other features outside this house are a 2-car garage, arched stone bridges and stairs to access the beach. Off the 2nd floor is a large terrace with a barbeque area, hot tub, bar, lounge chairs and a telescope.



At the entrance to this house is a large Great Room with beautiful views of the ocean, and a fireplace, TV, bookcases, an aquarium and a stereo. Near the entrance are stairs leading to the second floor. Just behind the Great Room off the hall are a half bath and a Dining Room also with views of the beach and surf. At the end of the hall on the street side of the first floor are a large Kitchen and the Master Bedroom and Bath.



At the top of the staircase on the second floor is a game room with a Pool Table. Off the game room are a full bath and the large second bedroom, and a sliding door leading to the terrace.
